01–02
Diagnosis and debrief
An in-depth diagnosis built on recognized instruments: SCHUHFRIED (Austria), CRESTRA (Paris), DISC International and the Enneagram. Then a full debrief — often the most clarifying session of the journey.
03–10
The three modules
Eight one-hour individual sessions, one per week, devoted to deep work on the inner self, flexible identity and serene presence.

How does this differ from the corporate version?

Are the assessments necessary?
They're the starting point. Without a diagnosis, coaching is just a pleasant conversation.
Do I need to hold a leadership position?
